Privacy Policy
This policy explains how GLIMREST LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“glimrest”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information in connection with the website glimrest.com.
1. What this policy covers
It covers this website and the email address hello@glimrest.com.
It does not cover:
- Amazon. Our products are sold through Amazon. When you buy there, Amazon collects and controls your order and payment information under its own privacy notice. We never see your payment details.
- Social platforms. When you interact with our accounts on other platforms, that platform’s own privacy policy applies to the data it collects.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include — typically your name, a description of your question, and sometimes an order number or a photo. We do not ask for payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or passwords, and you should never send them to us.
Information collected automatically
This website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no shopping cart, no analytics tags and no advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, necessarily processes standard technical request data — IP address, browser user-agent, requested page and timestamp — in order to deliver the page and protect the site against abuse. That processing is described in Cloudflare’s own privacy documentation.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your question and provide product support.
- To keep records of customer correspondence, including product safety and quality issues.
- To operate and secure the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf:

- ResendDelivery of outbound email we send from hello@glimrest.com
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
5. How long we keep it
We keep customer correspondence for as long as needed to support you and to meet record-keeping and product safety obligations, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete your correspondence sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
6. Where information is processed
We operate internationally. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
7. Your rights
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request its deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Everyone else
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent.
How to exercise them
Email hello@glimrest.com. We will respond within the time required by the applicable law. We may need to ask you for information that lets us match your request to our records — usually the email address you wrote to us from.
8. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The site is static and stores nothing about you. Email correspondence is held in access-controlled mailboxes protected by two-factor authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information by email.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be described at the top of the page.
